H. McAfee, Strategy and Business Development Expert
Paul H. McAfee is an innovative leader with a history of increasing
revenues through restructuring and turnaround management. As the
Principal and Co-founder of eXubrio, LLC, Paul brings more than
25 years of global, high-technology executive level sales and marketing
experience to client engagements.
Since establishing his own management consulting practice three
years ago, Paul has led efforts resulting in dramatic improvements
for Fortune 500 clients. Recent clients include SAMCO Technologiesand SofTrek,
the University
of Rochester's Office of
Technology Transfer, Med
Graph, Contract Staffing,
Trustfile,
and No Fault Industries.
Earlier clients include Kodak and Danaher, as well as start-ups
including TelePacific, a Los Angeles-based telecommunications company,
NewMindsets, an e-learning company, Cognigen, a bioinformatics company
in the life sciences segment, and HarmonyCOM, a telecommunications
venture.
Prior
to founding his own company, Paul held a variety of senior executive positions
at companies including the American Management Association, Danaher, Eastman
Kodak Company, and Sprint PCS. Paul is a dynamic business leader. He is
skilled in developing and implementing fully integrated, global sales and
marketing strategies and national public relations campaigns, comfortable
across a broad range of cultures and business functions. Paul
has held executive roles in England and Canada, as well as the USA.
McAfee received a BA and Humanities degree with honors from the University
of Maryland in 1974, and an MBA from the University of Rochester, Simon
Graduate School of Business Administration, in 1995.
He is a member of the humanities honor society Phi Beta Kappa and a member
of the business honor society, Beta Gamma Sigma. His non-work interests
include scuba diving, bicycling, reading, and music. His volunteer
and committee work includes the American Diabetes Association (ADA), Public
Relations Society of America (PRSA), and support to the technology transfer
offices of several local universities.
