Designed Global Marketing Strategies for Kodak. (NYSE: EK) Increased divisional revenue more than 40%. Led digital imaging marketing efforts by expanding awareness of end-user benefits through segment-directed marketing activity.

Turnaround Sales and Marketing Management Yielded 25% Sales Increase for Danaher Division. Grew sales 25% on hi-tech measuring devices for American Sigma ($22-million division of Danaher Corporation - NYSE: DHR). Developed outbound marketing, including channel management, advertising, public relations, promotions, and pricing. Introduced inbound marketing approaches such as customer needs analysis.

Built and Led National Virtual Marketing Team for Startup. Mapped and implemented strategic plan for wireless ISP, WaveTel, within only 7 months. Managed national promotional agency, national research agency senior brand consultant and in-house marketing managers.

Developed Best Practices for Marketing of Kodak’s Hi-Tech and Internet Products. Redesigned marketing process for product innovation and development within newly launched digital imaging and Internet-based products business.
