eXubrio Group's CEO, Paul McAfee, is an innovative leader with a history of increasing revenues through restructuring and turnaround management. Paul brings more than 30 years of global, executive-level management, sales and marketing experience to client engagements.

Paul has helped some of the biggest and best known companies in the world improve their images and marketing campaigns. He is a "turn-around" specialist with a focus on profitable growth. He can produce results that increase revenues, reduce waste, and improve productivity for the sales and marketing teams. Paul can increase revenues and the overall wellness of the company. With the challenges that every company faces today, it takes experience, skill and guts to step-up and win new business.

Paul and his wife, Laurie, settled in Western New York in 1998. Paul came to the Buffalo area to work for Danaher Corp. at its American Sigma business in Medina, NY. Paul's task as Vice President of Sales and Marketing was to turn around an acquisition that wasn't meeting Danaher's aggressive annual growth and acquisition goals. When Danaher moved American Sigma to Colorado, Paul turned down relocation to remain in Western New York to let his three daughters complete school in the Williamsville, NY, schools.

Paul's senior executive background includes several industries, especially consumer and business sales and marketing leadership roles at Kodak, Sprint, and Danaher. In his marketing consulting work, Danaher subsequently retained him twice to help reconfigure marketing in their environmental instruments division.

Since establishing eXubrio Group in 2002, Paul and his team have led efforts resulting in dramatic improvements for other Fortune 500 clients as well as smaller companies and startups. Paul is skilled in developing and implementing fully integrated global sales and marketing strategies, and national public relations campaigns.

Paul is a veteran of the US Army, having served from 1968 to 1971, including service in Vietnam and Germany. eXubrio Group LLC is a registered Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

Paul earned his MBA in 1995 from the University of Rochester, William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration. He earned his Bachelor of Arts & Humanities degree in 1974, with majors in Radio, Television & Film Production, and in Mathematical Linguistics, from the University of Maryland.
