Robert Klingensmith III

CIO and President

Mr. Klingensmith provides direction and leadership for all technology-related projects. Robert provided the initial vision behind the founding of his company, Noein Inc. He recruited the current Noein management team, which supports eXubrio Group. Before starting Noein, Mr. Klingensmith lead a project to develop a large-scale disaster recovery plan for a public university, was involved in the management of a project to plan Active Directory deployment for 50,000 users, and was engaged in various other projects related to business process planning for information technology.

While a partner of eXubrio Group, Robert created a new webbased software solution that connects university patent databases with the universities' technology transfer office websites. The University of Rochester and Virginia Tech both have purchased and use this system.

Noein Inc. also has created a sophisticated web-based recruiting tool for a client. This is just one more example of the unique database driven Internet capability that Robert brings to eXubrio Group, and that provides eXubrio Group with a strong competitive advantage.

Robert has a computer science bachelors degree from the SUNY University at Buffalo. In his spare time, Robert likes to read about theology and culture, and care for his various pets. He has a talent for visual design and creating web sites, which he enjoys.
